Rules for using technnewr.com and submitting rental booking requests.

1. Provider

2. Scope

These Terms govern the website and booking requests under the Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015 'On Electronic Commerce'. They do not replace the rental contract. Ukrainian law governs.

3. Website information vs the rental agreement

Vehicle descriptions, categories and availability are indicative. Binding conditions — vehicle category, rental period, price, deposit, liability, insurance, fuel and mileage rules, cancellation — are set in the public offer (rental contract) under the Civil Code of Ukraine No. 435-IV of 16.01.2003.

4. Booking requests

A request is an offer to rent, not a confirmed reservation. A rental is confirmed only when we accept it and the contract is concluded. We may decline a request if the vehicle is unavailable or data is incomplete.

5. Price and consumer information

Before booking we provide clear information on price, vehicle category, rental period, deposit, insurance, fuel and mileage rules, cancellation and complaints, as required by the Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII of 12.05.1991 'On Protection of Consumer Rights'.

6. Cancellation and complaints

Cancellation terms and fees are stated in the contract before booking. You may also contact the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection.

7. Liability and advertising

We are liable within the limits of the contract and law, and not for indirect losses or third-party failures. Claims on price, availability, vehicle class and rental conditions are accurate under the Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-ВР of 03.07.1996 'On Advertising'.

8. Personal data and cookies

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy under the Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI of 01.06.2010 'On Personal Data Protection'. Cookies and analytics tags are used only with informed consent.
