Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation

• Over 48h before start: full refund less the non-refundable booking fee shown at checkout.
• 24–48h before start: 50% refund of prepaid rental charges.
• Under 24h before start: no refund of prepaid rental charges.
• No-show or pickup over 2h late: no refund; vehicle may be released.

Refunds and deposit

Refunds apply where this policy provides, where we cancel without a comparable vehicle, or where the vehicle is not provided due to our fault. Unused days, early returns, fuel, mileage, fines, damage, cleaning and extras are non-refundable unless law requires otherwise. The deposit is blocked at pickup and released within 14 calendar days after return, once condition, fuel/mileage and fines are checked; deductions are itemised. Card-release timing depends on your bank.

Late return and processing

Late return: daily rate per started day plus documented delay costs; over 3h may incur a full extra day; deposit deductions are itemised. Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval; identity and booking verification may apply; bank timing varies; currency of payment unless agreed otherwise.
