Material conditions

Driver: valid licence, ID and card in the renter's name; age and licence rules confirmed at booking and pickup.
Deposit: refundable deposit or card pre-authorization shown before booking; released after inspection, less charges due.
Mileage and fuel: allowance, excess rate and fuel basis stated before booking; missing fuel charged at the published rate.
Insurance: cover, exclusions and excess shown before booking; damage outside cover is the renter's liability.
Pickup, return, extras: times, locations, late-return, one-way, out-of-hours, airport/delivery charges and optional extras disclosed before booking.
Cancellation: terms and charges shown before booking.

Before booking

We show total price, vehicle category, rental period, deposit, insurance, fuel/mileage rules, cancellation and complaints, per Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII of 12.05.1991 'On Protection of Consumer Rights'. Claims on price, availability, class and conditions are substantiated under Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-ВР of 03.07.1996 'On Advertising'.
